Long bench time if you don't like doing much work.
Students from IITs, NITs, and other premier institutes.
Simple advice: Stay away!
I am from one of the top NITs. There was one funny incident where they hired some folks from IITs and then fired them after a year. The only reason was the gross incompetence of middle management to place them in proper projects.
They simply cannot afford you.
The irony is that these guys readily hire people from premier institutes for their senior management positions. If these guys cannot nurture you in the beginning, then why bother joining these folks afterward?
Simply put, they cannot afford the high salary that they offer you initially as a fresher.
So, my sincere advice is to stay away.
Also, they may offer your juniors salaries higher than you. This happened to us, which they rectified after a year after much slogging.
If you don't have projects and cannot afford people from premier institutes, then why bother hiring them in the first place and wasting their time?
Just be aware we will be reaching senior management roles in some company someday, and we will remember the treatment you gave us in case our paths cross and we happen to be your client or related to your client in any way.
