• Backdoor entry is not being audited, which sometimes makes genuine talent leave due to work pressure.

• It's a normal service-based company that tries to copy-paste from other service-based companies or peers. I never saw new or innovative development that wasn't copied from others.

Policies and values should be audited at the ground level.

Managers need to be better trained to act as leaders.

Improve the feedback process and its visibility.
