Stability (if there is no economic slowdown, otherwise you might go through layoffs).
You work for different clients and projects, with different tech stacks. If you like to change projects every "X" months/years, you might enjoy it.
Projects are not particularly challenging. If you want to make a career, moving into management is almost the only way to increase your salary and responsibilities. Salaries are low, as in any other consulting company.
There is no company product; you just work for other clients.
