HR only serves the higher-ups. You can be easily pulled out to a project because of the "Business Problem" that they can't elaborate. You'll be subjected to role redundancy when, in the first place, it's their problem that they hired so many people.
Truly not recommended. I only got trauma from this company.
Ethical company? I don't really think that they're ethical the way they handle the issue of layoffs. Too hard to communicate.
To HR, do your work. To higher-ups, be wise. Soon enough you'll see that you're losing all your valuable employees.
