The management expects you to work on the same salary for two years. They also expect you to work days and nights without any monetary benefits or promotion. I was even appreciated by customers and nominated by customers for promotion, but they said, "Wait for another year. Trust us, and we'll promote you."
Consider your top-performing candidates for appraisal, or else they will just leave you.
