Take feedback from your employees about your company's fraudulent policies. I am not referring to salaries or perks. But there are many unprofessional, weird corporate policies which need a re-look. Appoint an independent third-party feedback system to cleanse the system.
The current Peakon feedback is useless. It is just a routine rating system about managers and business units. The current Peakon feedback system is suited for non-service/non-software industries like banks, factories, etc. Software companies need a more sophisticated mechanism to evaluate employee feedback on "employer", especially feedback from senior employee resources.
