Quick, Cooperative Hiring Experience
I am happy to join Capgemini very soon. Capgemini is one of the few companies where I always wanted to work.
The recruiter was very quick to arrange telephone and video interviews rounds in a few days. I also received a positive response for the same quickly.
It was a very good interaction with the panel. They were very keen on knowing in detail about my working experience and what they are expecting from a candidate.
Everyone was very cooperative and I felt supported throughout the hiring experience, which doesn't happen so often.
It is very good to know that Capgemini is still hiring people in the current COVID-19 pandemic situation.
I don't have anything to name as cons.
