Lack of transparency and communication from the Capgemini management and HR
Good infrastructure. Timely salary. Managers are cooperative.
There is no transparency and communication from Capgemini management and HR. Before and after joining, I repeatedly asked about the work duration and was assured it was a long-term project. I was also told that I would become a permanent employee after six months. However, my employment was terminated within four months, which I believe was unfair and misleading.
No opportunity for contractors.
