A very bad company for contractual roles
Nothing much in the pros.
They don't treat the contractors well.
They keep pinpointing, saying that you are a subcontractor.
The exit procedures for contractors are horrible.
Always keep you in threat of losing your job.
Give the most horrible projects to contractors.
I don't understand the necessity to hire contractors.
They should understand contractors are also human beings.
It's better you don't employ contract employees and ruin their lives.
