Pros

Capgemini doesn't know the meaning of the word "pros", okay.

If you don't have any respect, please join this company. If you don't have self-respect, please join this company. If you love to get embarrassed in front of everyone, please join this company. If you want lots and lots of politics, please join this company. If you have the quality of begging, please join this company. If you want to ruin your life, please join this company. If you don't want to grow in your life, please join this company. If you love to get disrespected by your seniors and managers, please join this company.

Cons

Yes, now this is the correct word which Capgemini people know the meaning.

Whatever I had mentioned above is enough for someone to take the decision.

Lastly, you might have the best industry knowledge with you of any domain, but in Capgemini, portfolio managers won't consider your knowledge, skills, or talent. They want only those people who can be their slaves. There are many, many, many people in the company who are getting targeted by such portfolio managers, but no one can do anything against them because HRs are too poor in their roles.

The whole system is garbage.

Advice to Management

Just one piece of advice: All those people who would be reading this post and are behaving badly with their colleagues for no reason… just think once. You are carrying so much hate with you. You don't even know you are playing mentally with people's lives.

And the universe will return your bad things to you soon. Be ready for those situations and that pain. All the best.
