Lastly, you might have the best industry knowledge with you of any domain, but in Capgemini, portfolio managers won't consider your knowledge, skills, or talent. They want only those people who can be their slaves. There are many, many, many people in the company who are getting targeted by such portfolio managers, but no one can do anything against them because HRs are too poor in their roles.
The whole system is garbage.
