Good infrastructure, good training, and a good environment at training campuses.
Complete politics. They want employees to suffer and work like machines. I am screwed in the training itself, and taking the same training from the same trainers is wasting my 6 months, which made me lose interest in my career. If you have a good option, do not choose this. I am about to resign, but I am searching for options. Even I got allocated to a project, and still the trainer screws. They threaten, literally. So far, I hate Capgemini. We used to write assessments until 8 PM, and we don't have a choice to ask them what this is.
My overall interview experience was very good. The interviewer asked me questions and waited very patiently for me to answer. The questions he asked were very useful and helped me learn new things. Thanks to him for such a great experience. Thanks, C
Interview process was pretty easy as it was for freshers. First round was aptitude, second round was technical interview, and finally HR round. They put in Hyderabad, so I'm not gonna go.
Ehh, it's not bad, too abstract. Intro: Project and scope, role, legal aspects, datasets, algorithms, role. Hobbies: How good are you with C, Python, Java, and SQL? Any questions from my side?
