Best reasons to work in CG:
Physical and mental health of an employee is given utmost importance at CG. We have also been provided with cab facilities.
Hybrid work is making us feel relaxed at times.
Overall, Capgemini is the best.
Cons: I wouldn't say it's a con, but there are no fitness or entertainment facilities in the Coimbatore location, as there are in Bengaluru.
I would ask the management to bring a gym or yoga center to the Coimbatore office so that we can manage time effectively. You could copy-paste the Bengaluru gym details here too.
