If you stay on the bench for a longer period of time (around 3 months or more), there are high chances of layoff. If you joined as a fresher, there are slight chances you will not get work in the technology/domain you want. You will be allocated a project by the RMG team only.
We would like to increase our training duration from 3 to 6 months, because it will be good for Non-IT background candidates.
