The interview was conducted during Oct 2012. There were two rounds of interviews: one technical and one with the hiring manager. Later, I was informed by email that I had cleared the interviews and was asked about my current organization and salary

The interview process was very nice. It was very friendly and the questions were a bit average in difficulty. When I started attending the interview, I got nervous, but as it continued, I became more comfortable.

It was a good experience. The interviewing process is very different and better than other methods. All questions were about coding and some technical topics. Overall, we are happy to work in the software industry at Capgemini.
