The training period was the best time. Quality training was provided, with certification from Oracle.
I was assigned a project, but there is no work. It has been four months, and still, there is no work. Managers are the worst. Even if you approach them with any problems, they won't listen. I have been stuck here and can't even leave the project as the manager doesn't release the resource.
Stop hiring freshers, as you are ruining their future.
