Typical MNC. Nothing too bad, nothing too good. Just play by the rules of an MNC and ensure you aren't a victim. The rest will follow.
The gym facility is just for namesake. (Rest depends on how you tackle management and your responsibilities. I didn't have much issue myself.)
Focus a bit on employees' health, maybe (yeah, gym!).
