There are supposed "IT experts" with "Architect" level that are laughable. They neither propose solutions nor have the slightest knowledge of frameworks or programming languages. It seems they are only there to collect their salary and exploit people. Furthermore, it's surprising that they don't even have a decent level of English, knowing they work in IT.
Regarding salary, you can get better positions elsewhere, with more and better benefits. They continue to cut employee benefits and do not value talent.
