The hiring process went well. Thanks to Capgemini management. There was a lot of happiness after the interview process. Most questions were asked in core Java, and I had prepared well for it.

It's not that good, and they change the CTC offered during the PPO. It's basically a desk job with no good incentives and salary. They change your date of joining and make you wait a lot for the PPO.
