Good for trainings and certifications.
No work-life balance. No appraisals.
The interview process was quite lengthy. I cleared the first round in February and received the offer letter in early April. There were only two rounds: one technical and one HR round. The technical round was quite easy.
Three questions: a code to program live and explain how the solution was formulated step-by-step, then another round of some fairly simple questions. It was quite average, with the exception of the programming question where they requested not to use
It was easy, and the questions were very basic. They were from Oops Java and networking. The interviewer also asked about my hobbies and interests, as well as my strengths and capabilities in brief.
