The only good thing I will say is they have a bench to hold you when you are out of clients. BUT, they can still fire you without notice.
Bad culture! You are not a [unintelligible word]! You are what even the client needs. Could be BA, DA, tester. Makes people in India do most of the job. You are left, allowed in the dark in the USA. They will drop you off projects without informing you.
