It's a good company to work for. I joined as a fresher and was lucky enough to get trained in Java FullStack development. The training offered for 3 months for the above profile is of immense knowledge and will give a kick-start to your career. Good work-life balance.
The long bench period is the only drawback that I have experienced, and nothing else apart from this.
