Pros

Work culture is great.

Office premises are great.

Seniors and managers are helpful (entirely depends on the project you are working on).

Work-life balance (depends on project).

Work-from-home opportunity (probably till December, but no official confirmation on this).

Lots of learning if you land into a good project.

Freshers' pay is as per market standard (3.8 LPA for off/on-campus).

Cons

Less hike and appraisal if you stay for a longer period of time.

If you joined as a fresher, there are slight chances you will not get work in the technology/domain you want. You will be allocated a project by the RMG team only.

If you stay on the bench for a longer period of time (around 3 months or more), there are high chances of layoff.
