Good culture. The company's values are very present in the consultants, no matter the title they possess. It's a good place to work if you are currently a junior in the IT field.
Personal experience: Some projects can be an obstacle if your path is to become a Senior SW, but they are perfect if you want to become an IT Manager.
The obstacle is not related to the complexity of the project, but with the 80/20 rule: 80% of the time is spent with the client (answering tickets, etc.) and 20% is spent programming.
