I should say, if anyone is joining from off-campus, they will definitely be going to get a job in a call center. The requirements they provide are CIS (Cloud Infrastructure Service). So you will not be getting any domain if you apply from off-campus. Be aware of such things and join Capgemini, or else you will be wasting your career here.
Resources should always have priority in case of an issue. We should not be forced to work as customer service support. From management to your colleagues, everyone is the same. They knowingly push candidates into customer support. I suggest not joining Capgemini off-campus.
