Good to learn new skills
Can learn new skills quickly. There is a lot of pressure as it is outsourcing. There is a lot of politics. Need to improve HR coordination.
HR coordination is bad. They need to learn to communicate with employees. I was really upset by the way a few things were conducted by HR.
Should work on the HR area. Lots of HR roaming around in the office, but they hardly take any initiatives to retain the human resources.
