Great learning experience and enthusiastic working environment.
No cons about this company.
The interview process consists of three rounds: * Online test * Pseudo code test * Technical + HR round Once you clear the online test, you will be forwarded to a pseudo code test where basics of C and OOPs will be tested. It is an MCQ round
The interview was easy, but the interviewer did not know anything. He just googled and got the questions. No wonder why I got rejected. Those who got selected went through a months-long waiting period, and the onboarding process is slow.
I got placed via campus placement when it was still IGATE. So, I don't know much about the process, and I can't comment on it. The process at IGATE was pretty chill. The interviewers were supportive. The main reason for me to quit was the acquisition
