Good work-life balance and WFH.
No cons as of my knowledge.
I got placed via campus placement when it was still IGATE. So, I don't know much about the process, and I can't comment on it. The process at IGATE was pretty chill. The interviewers were supportive. The main reason for me to quit was the acquisition
The interview process was moderate. I was asked two coding questions: * One on strings * One on arrays In the HR round, there were questions about my resume and project-related questions, along with 'Tell me about yourself' and hobbies.
Round 1 would be an online assessment. For Round 2, there is a technical interview where basic coding knowledge is required, with questions like reversing a string. Round 3: HR and general questions.
