What a terrible company
Employees are the biggest assets a company can have. However, from the recent appraisal, it doesn't seem that way for Capgemini.
Nothing right. If you can't give appraisal, then why the heck are you hiring? Fire those executives who took the wrong decision and distribute their salary, instead of torturing all employees.
You jobless guys put the resignation so that other employees will not suffer.
