I joined as a fresher 2 years back. The interview process was smooth: * 1 online assessment (including quant and analytical questions, as with every MNC) * 1 technical round * 1 HR round

Initial call with recruiter to check CV. Then a longer chat with the technical partner, checking motivation and experience. After that, an interview with the Hiring Manager/Division Head, reviewing CV and experience.
