Just crack the aptitude test. If your communication is average, you're in. Don't expect any hard coding tests; it's just plain average. Go with a calm mind and just crack the aptitude test.

It was very easy. Make sure all the basics are known. C, C++, and the basics of Java would help a lot. Be confident. Make sure that you try out all the questions, like all the approaches to the problem. The HR was quite friendly.
