It's good, like other MNCs. I applied via SAKHI DRISHTIKON. The Capgemini onboarding was very smooth and clean. My HR responded immediately whenever I approached her. It's very gratifying for me to be an employee of Capgemini.

The first round of applications uses the OHB sheet. The second round consists of technical HR, followed by personal HR. The aptitude questions were simple, but there was limited time to answer them. They should be quick to answer on the OHP sheet.
