Pros

Work-life balance. Great coworkers. Office is nice. Free soda/coffee at the office. Pay is good.

Cons

The training program is incredibly inefficient.

You will be trained for multiple different disciplines that you may never even use.

We were in a 2-month training program that changed course multiple times and turned into 6 months.

While you are training and "on the bench" waiting to be assigned to a client, there is not much you can do.

If they determine there are no clients they can put you on, you will be laid off eventually with little warning.

Advice to Management

Treat employees like people, not like metrics.
