Paid Bench, Zero Guidance
You get paid even when you don’t have a client and have decent benefits.
No guidance at all, then they expect a lot from you. They will force you to relocate. If you're on the bench for over a month, you will be fired. You will be dealing with a lot of offshore workers. If you're starting off in Computer Science, I would not recommend it; you will just be wasting your time and not get any experience from seniors. Everything is self-taught.
