Good Benefits, Bad Management
PTO/Sick time is separate, no need to worry about losing vacation if you're ill. Pay is pretty decent too for a recent graduate. Healthcare benefits are good.
If you fall through the cracks, no one from management will help you get back up and support you. They only worry about themselves and their position and don't seem to make much effort on helping out individuals below them. Team leads and senior developers don't work with junior devs to help them improve and grow.
