If you enjoy jumping from client to client and job to job within a network of skilled craftspeople, you will like the culture of Capgemini.
If you do not enjoy changing roles multiple times a year, you might look back in a couple of years and see that you are perhaps under-compensated when compared to the rest of the market.
Look for ways to better compensate your consultants. Bragging about how the company's sales are up 20% this year but only giving out 2-4% raises is a slap in the face to the people who made the 20% possible.
