Also, during the yearly review, if you are doing your work then you will be given a 4, which is bad. If you are doing extra, you might get a 3.
Even if you are extending your shift or working on weekends, you are not getting extra pay for extending the shift.
You will not get enough opportunities to work. If you are working in CIS, your job is not 9-5; it is supposed to be 9 till the time the work is not done.
