This cheap company has none, except it boosts your resume. The rest of the pros are zilch, nada, zero!
The CHEAP company of the topmost order.
It has been more than 7 months, but this cheap haven't onboarded freshers of a meager pay range (B.Tech passouts).
Even after 7 months, there are no updates from this cheap.
Secondly, this cheap company, for the first 2-3 months, will only give onboarding to girls. Is the management filled with jokers?
If they want to give onboarding to girls, why recruit boys in the first place?
If you are a beggar (in terms of paying freshers and onboarding them), you shouldn't hire at all.
EXTREMELY CHEAP company, stay away from it.
Stop this malpractice of giving freshers onboarding after the year. Don't spoil their future just because you want to illuminate your future at the expense of the poor and innocent freshers.
Nonetheless, this feature of yours has indeed made you a company of the cheapest order!
During my B.Tech, I had a basic interview where I was asked fundamental Java questions, including core concepts like OOPs. It was quite simple, but unfortunately, I lost the opportunity due to certain conditions.
It consists of three rounds. The first round is an easy aptitude test, the second round is the English round, and the third round is the HR round. It's easy to clear. CS students have a little more advantage in the aptitude test.
Campus Normal and easy. 1st round: Company shortlisted. 2nd round: MCQ and coding (gaming). 3rd round: Interview. Interview easy. Asked to print "hello world" in Python. Find odd and even numbers.
