1. There is no option for relocation for freshers, but they sometimes allow us to set location preferences. For me, at first, I was given the option to set location preferences. I chose Bangalore, but I was assigned to Chennai.

2. The exam schedule for freshers is tight; it could be more liberal.

At onboarding, the time to submit the documents is too low. The documentation approval period and submission period can be extended.

For freshers, the company could support them by giving some study materials, like previous L1 exam questions, etc.
