- Do not expect to learn anything here, because they have a huge right to play with your career and they do not give you a chance to choose what you want to work on.
- Not great with promotion.
- No experience gained, because most of the time recruitment happens just to show it to officials, even if there is no work.
Get your HR guys right. They mint most of the money by not giving it for relocation and even to freshers for accommodation, where even small companies are giving 15 days' accommodation.
