There are no pros at all.
- Low salary.
- Extreme pressure of training.
- Hypocritical managers who will first tell you to be friendly with them but then suddenly want you to be in a cage where you can't even complain.
- The trainers and managers will try to create constant fear in your mind all the time.
- Trainers are pressured to put new resources under pressure.
- You won't get even a single minute for yourself.
- Weekends also, they will give a lot of assignments to do.
Dear management,
Start treating adults as adults. Instead of keeping us in a cage, try to change your management style.
