The interaction with the HR department during the recruitment phase was a bit hard to navigate. You have inquiries from different people from different locations. I wish there was a to-do list or schedule to know what comes next and what documents you need to hand to which employee at a certain stage.

The relocation (accommodation search) partner company chosen by Capgemini is one I would not recommend. They have long response times (about a week, my last email was not responded to at all). Their services were not very helpful.
