The company is generous with its employees, and there is comfort in working there and great interest in education.
There is corruption hidden, and problems that no one dares to bring up. You will waste months of your life waiting to get an assignment, while you find other unqualified people getting many assignments very easily just because they have connections with some officials in the company.
