Awful Manager, Minimal Learning
Can't think of anything except job security.
I had a horrible experience with Capgemini. My manager and team lead were absolutely awful. I didn't receive any support from them, learning was minimal, and deadlines were unrealistic. The team lead had no regard for working hours. The work went on for more than 12 hours sometimes, and they told us to work even on the weekends. My manager handed most of his work to me, even the ones that were specifically assigned to him. Just because I had a negative experience doesn't mean all managers are like this. Your experience with this company would mostly depend on the project you get.
