Good variety of clients to work for. Workaholic environment. Interesting company to work with if you have 4+ years of experience.
Work not challenging: For better or for worse.
Pay and benefits are not good, but I think they could be better.
Try to openly communicate with the employees. It would be so refreshing for them.
