Worst company for freshers from 2016
Only people who are not serious about their job and are preparing for CAT, GRE, or GMAT feel it is a great company, as there is almost no work and no projects.
People who have no other chance than doing a job feel devastated because of no work and a long bench period.
Please stop taking freshers and avoid spoiling their future, as I have already been a victim of this. We come with a lot of expectations about our first job, dreaming to learn a lot but end up doing nothing and also losing self-confidence. This is because of a long time on the bench.
