Good work-life balance and a good work environment.
Poor management for training and project allocation. It was not clearly mentioned whom to contact.
Please look after your training schedule. Don't put so much burden on an individual and then let them free like a bird. (It means if the training period is 6 months, then why are you completing it in just 2 months?)
