Pros

No work load as a fresher, and everyone will be helpful when required, like seniors, not managers.

Cons

No coding work until 1 year and late allocation into a project.

No increment of salary for 1.3 years of experience.

Advice to Management

Please try to give equal wages to particular designations, whether they come from off-campus or on-campus, and from IIT or NIT, for the same role. Don't show partiality based on institutions, because there may be students who perform and do well at work from normal institutions compared with those from NIT and IIT.

So, as there are many trainings companies are providing for freshers, and there are some mandatory trainings like everyone treated equally at work, why is the company only differentiating employees based on work-related aspects and salary? I don't understand.
