Manager did not support the project members.
Made to work overtime to support multiple timezones.
No support from the HR team during the time of exit.

Software Engineer II
There were two rounds: the first was technical, and then the HR round. In the technical round, there were three coding questions and other MCQ questions. Coding could be done in any language. Then, there were some reasoning and memory tests.
Project Engineer
Walk-in group discussion and technical round. HR round and final selection were bit easy to crack. Awaiting call letter. Got an offer from another company, so I don't have work experience in Capgemini.
