No hikes and good promotions. The environment is not so friendly. There is no progressive learning. If you will face any problem with your manager's behavior and want to escalate it among higher authorities, then there is no listening on that. It's a worst place; I'm not happy with the work culture.
Kindly improve the functionality and listen to employees suffering.
