Good environment, not much work pressure.
If you are a fresher, Capgemini is not the right place. I can't speak for all; it depends on the project you get. I was on the bench for 6 months in this company. Even after getting a project, there is not much relevant work. Don't waste your time here. If you have joined here, try getting into other companies as soon as you can.
